Auspicious Colors of the Building (Science of Colors)

Selection of The Plot according to the Zodiac Signs and Numerology

Note:-

With numerology, according to our date of birth, we can find out our auspicious number. While finding auspicious number only date should be taken into consideration. Month and year are not considered. e.g. 18-2-53, here 1+8=9 is the auspicious number (Refer table given above).

Magnetic Meridian (Axis) of the Plot

The magnetic meridian should pass through the centre of the plot. While planning the structure, care should be taken that it is parallel to the wall compound. The passing of the magnetic axis through the middle of the plot is good. If the structure is not parallel to the compound wall, it creates difficulties. Therefore, every structure should be parallel to the compound wall.

If the magnetic axis is not parallel to the compound wall, meaning, all important directions are in the corner of the plot, and the structure in spite of being as per proper magnetic meridian and still if the structure is not parallel to the compound wall it is improper. If the magnetic axis is not passing through the center of the center of the plot but lying in a corner of the plot and the structure parallel to the compound wall, advantages and disadvantages are of medium level.

Surrounding of the Plot and its Geographical Position

The place where we are going to build our house should be selected according to Vastushastra.

1) It is better to have downward slope in the east and the north direction of our plot.

2) It is auspicious to have rivers, drains, lakes etc. in the east and the north directions of our plot.

3) There should not be tall trees or construction around our plot in the east and the north direction.

4) There should not be any valley or big pits around our plot adjacent to it.

5) If there are tall trees, construction, hill, ridges or mountains on the west and the south direction of our plot they are auspicious. When the sun is going westwards the sun-rays are harmful. These structures prevent these rays. High hills or mountains on the east and the north direction of the plot are inauspicious.

6) There should not be any temple with its entrance in front of our house. If any temple is in front of our house, the divine power in the eyes of the idol may have terrible effect on the construction. If the temple is on the opposite side of the road (minimum 80 ft. wide), The entrance of the temple and the building do not face each other, and if, the eyes of the idol are not face trained on our building, such plots can be purchased.

7) There should not be a blacksmith shop, a laundry, cobbler’s shop, meat shop or men and women involved in illicit works opposite our plot.

8) There should not be any workshops with mechanically revolving wheels, shops dealing in sharpening knives and scissors or a big garage plot in front of our plot. Such plots should be purchased by removing them to other places.

9) There should not be dead ends around our building.

10) Water tank in the north-east direction of our plot is auspicious. But if the same is situated on the south-east direction, it can have some adverse effects.

11) No medium with jarring sounds should be near our house because the sound waves can have some adverse effect on the structure. Electric power house on the south-east side is very auspicious. However, if it is on the north side, it is inauspicious.

Place of Auspicious and Inauspicious Powers on the Plot

Auspicious Power Places on the plot

The places where good effects of the falling sun rays are observed are as follows:

1)  Ish
2)  Agni
3)  Surya
4)  Som
5)  Bramha etc.

No construction should be done on these spots these places receive the auspicious sun-rays. We derive lots of benefits from them. If toilets, septic tanks, garages, store rooms etc. are built on these spots it gives bad results.

Inauspicious Power Places on the Plot

At some places we do not get good results of the falling sun-rays. They are:

1)  Yama
2)  Pitar
3)  Dwarpal
4)  Asur
5)  Pap
6)  Rog etc.

No construction of any kind at these places should be done. But it should also not be kept vacant. Very tall trees should be planted in these areas. At the corners of Pitar and Dwarpal, lumber-room should be build. It will old the balance and good results will be obtained.

The conclusion is that, the south-west side of the plot should be raised or made heavy. We can also do this by planting tall trees or raising the height of the wall compound (the wall should be thick and made up of stones) we can derive many benefits. At the Pap and Rog places motor garages or servants quarters could be built. The main gate of the house should not be in asur place. Heavy and tall trees should be planted at this place.

This is because cruel forces are contaminated or get dissolved in the pits or water and it can prove harmful to man.
